CO2激光联合光动力在男性尖锐湿疣治疗中应用的疗效评价

【摘要】objective:to evaluate the CO2 laser combined photodynamic in clinical curative ef ect in the treatment of male genital warts.Methods:to choose between August 2013 and January 2013 of our hospital,80 cases of male patients with condyloma acuminatum as the research object,its were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group,control group given CO2 laser treatment;Observation group was given the CO2 laser with photodynamic therapy,to evaluate the therapeutic ef ect after a week,in postoperative 1,3,6 months fol ow -up,the evaluation of postoperative recurrence treatment,compared two groups of therapeutic ef ect of male patients with condyloma acuminatum.Results:the observation group of male genital warts cure rate was 95.0%,the control group in the treatment of male genital warts cure rate was 57.50%,two groups of curative rate comparison dif erence significant (chi -square =5.76,p <0.05),statistical y significant;Observation of postoperative recurrence rate of the first March 1,respectively (0%,2.50%)and control group after the first of March 1 relapse rate (2.50%,2.50%),respectively,the phase of postoperative recurrence rate was no significant dif erence (P >0.05);Observation group after 6 months recurrence rate was 7. 50%,the control of postoperative recurrence rate was 47.5%,and 6 months of the phase recurrence treatment compared significant dif erence (P <0.05),with statistical significance.Conclu-sion:CO2 laser combined photodynamic in male genital warts treatment of clinical curative ef ect is distinct,the recurrence rate is low,worth clinical promotion.%目的：评价 CO2激光联合光动力在男性尖锐湿疣治疗中的临床疗效。方法：选取2013年8月至2015年1月我院收治的80例男性尖锐湿疣患者为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各40例，对照组给予 CO2激光治疗；观察组给予 CO2激光联合光动力治疗，于一周后对治疗效果进行评价，于术后第1、3、6个月进行随访，评价术后治疗复发率，对比分析两组男性尖锐湿疣患者的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗男性尖锐湿疣的治愈率为95．0％，对照组治疗男性尖锐湿疣的治愈率为57．50％，两组治愈率比较差异性显著（χ2＝5．76，p ＜0．05），具有统计学意义；观察组术后第1第3月份的复发率分别为（0％、2．50％）、对照组术后第1第3月份的复发率分别为（2．50％、2．50％），该阶段术后复发率比较无明显差异（P ＞0．05）；观察组术后第6个月的复发率为7．50％，对照组术后第6个月的复发率为47．5％，该阶段治疗复发率比较差异性显著（P ＜0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：CO2激光联合光动力在男性尖锐湿疣治疗中的临床疗效显著，复发率低，值得临床推广使用。
