测量换档器总成手柄在各档位运动间隙。

图一间隙测量原理
D–夹具开口宽度（毫米mm）Widthoffixtureframe；d-换档器手柄直径（毫米mm）Diameteroflever；
L–在+/-5N下，夹具位移（毫米mm）Displacementoffixtureunder+/-5N；S-在+/-5N下，手柄动作间隙（毫米mm）Backlashofsampleunder+/-5N；
S=L–（D–d）–d+d=L–（D–d）
3．试验设备和方法Testingequipmentandmethod
如图二所示，机器人通过推拉力传感器和夹具，首先推动换档器手柄，直至力传感器测得+5N力值。然后，再反方向拉动换档器手柄，直至力传感器测得-5N力值。位移传感器同时测量夹具位移。在力传感器测得+5N和-5N时，分别记录位移值，并求得动作间隙。
整个过程由计算机程序自动完成。Themeasuringprocessasfigure2.
