摘要本文以ZL205A合金为研究对象，研究了在不同的过热度和保温时间下，重熔处理对ZL205A合金凝固组织和性能的影响。通过观察合金微观组织和对合金做力学性能测试，对实验结果进行分析。ZL205A合金的重熔处理会导致组织成分的不均匀，主要是晶间的共晶组织造成的。随着保温时间延长和过热度的增加，共晶组织的聚集也越严重。熔体中的一些质点，如Al3Ti，Al3V，在重熔过程也会聚集长大，形成条状偏析并沉淀在铝液底部，造成成分偏析，减弱这些质点的晶粒细化作用，导致晶粒的粗大。重熔处理对于缩松的分布也有一定的影响。过热度高和保温时间长的试样经过T6热处理后，组织硬度在不同位置依然有差别。过热度低保温时间短短试样，热处理后组织硬度趋于相同。关键词：ZL205A合金；过热度；保温时间；显微组织；性能
AbstractInthispaper,ZL205Aalloywhichistheresearchobjectisusedtostudyunderdifferenttemperatureandholdingtime,tofindouttheeffectsofremeltingtreatmentonthemicrostructureandmechanicalpropertiesofthealloysolidificationstructure.Byobservingmicrostructureofthealloyandtestingthemechanicalpropertiesofthealloy,theexperimentalresultswereanalyzed.RemeltingZL205Aalloyresultinmicrostructurecompositionuneven,itmainlycausebytheintergranulareutectic.Withtheextensionofholdingtimeandtheincreaseoftemperature,thegatherofeutecticbecomemoreserious.Someparticlesinthemelt,suchasAl3Ti,Al3V,willgatherandgrow,andbecomethestripsegregationthatwilldepositatbottomofthemoltenaluminum.Theseresultinginsegregation,weakeningthegrainrefiningeffectoftheseparticles,sothegrainbecomecoarse.Remeltingalsohavesomeimpactonthedistributionofshrinkageporosity.ThehightemperatureandlongholdingtimesamplethatafterT6heattreatedstillhavedifferenceindifferentlocationofthemicrostructurehardness.Contrarily,thehardnessoflowsuperheatandshortholdingtimesampletendtobethesame.Keyword:ZL205Aalloy;superheat;holdingtime;microstructure;performance
