上海市航运服务业现状及发展策略

        摘 要：自1996年中央政府提出建设上海国际航运中心的国家战略，到2000年国务院明确上海要建设经济、贸易、金融、航运“四个中心”，再到2013年8月22日国务院正式批准设立中国（上海）自由贸易试验区以及在9月29日中国（上海）自由贸易试验区正式挂牌成立，近20年来上海历届市委、市政府全力落实国家的战略部署，实现了上海港的跨跃式发展。从上海进出口贸易、港口吞吐量、航运服务业等方面阐述目前上海市航运服务业的发展现状，并就上海自贸区成立后航运服务业的发展提出发展策略。

        Abstract： Since 1996， the central government proposed the national strategy of Shanghai international shipping center construction， to 2000， the State Council explicitly indicate that building Shanghai as“four centers”including economic， trade， financial， shipping， and in August 22， 2013 the State Council officially approved the establishment of Chinese（Shanghai）free trade zone as well as in September 29th China（Shanghai）free trade zone was officially established， in the past 20 years， successive Shanghai Municipal Party committee， City Hall to fully implement the strategic deployment of the state， has realized the leap forward development of Shanghai port. The current development situation of Shanghai shipping service industry from Shanghai import and export trade， the throughput of the port， shipping service industry， and puts forward some development strategies of shipping service industry after the establishment of Shanghai Pilot Free Trade Zone.
