五菱宏光轿车后轮盘式制动器设计五菱宏光轿车后轮盘式制动器设计摘要随着社会的进步以及汽车行业的发展，人们对汽车的安全性能要求逐步提高。而作为制动系统中重要的装置制动器，目前来说一共有着鼓式以及盘式两种类型，盘式制动器因为其更加先进以及明显的优势在国内外已经逐步扩大了其在市场的比重。本设计的主要目的是设计轿车后轮的盘式制动器，所选的车型为五菱宏光S3，主要根据车型的一些基本参数分析汽车在各种附着系数道路上的制动过程，对前后制动力分配系数、同步附着系数、利用附着系数、制动等做了计算，在满足制动法规设计的要求原则性下进行盘式制动器的主要设计计算。关键词：五菱宏光S3；后轮盘式制动器；鼓式制动器；制动系统；
DesignofTheRearWheelBrakeofWulingHongguangCarAbstractWiththeprogressofsocietyandthedevelopmentofautomobileindustry,people'srequirementsforthesafetyperformanceofautomobilearegraduallyimproved.Asanimportantdevicebrakeinthebrakesystem,therearetwotypesofdrumbrakeanddiscbrake.Becauseofitsmoreadvancedandobviousadvantages,thediscbrakehasgraduallyexpandeditsproportioninthemarketathomeandabroad.Themainpurposeofthisdesignistodesignthediscbrakeoftherearwheelofthecar.TheselectedmodelisWulingHongguangS3.Accordingtosomebasicparametersofthemodel,thebrakingprocessofthecaronvariousadhesioncoefficientroadsisanalyzed.Thedistributioncoefficientofthefrontandrearbrakingforce,thesynchronousadhesioncoefficient,theutilizationadhesioncoefficient,andthebrakingarecalculated.ThedesignisbasedontheprincipleofmeetingtherequirementsofthebrakinglawsandregulationsThemaindesignandcalculationofthediskbrake.Keywords:WulingHongguangS3;rearwheeldiscbrake;drumbrake;brakesystem;
