摘 要:研究玉米柠檬酸渣对扬州鹅生长性能、屠宰性能与肌肉品质的影响。试验选取160只21日龄扬州鹅,采用单因子随机区组法分为4个处理组,每组4个重复,每个重复10只鹅(公母各半)。对照组试验鹅饲喂玉米豆粕型基础日粮,3个试验组分别饲喂含有5%(A组)、10%(B组)、15%(C组)玉米柠檬酸渣的饲粮。试验为期44 d,其中预试期7 d,正试期37 d。结果表明:(1)各试验组平均日增重与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);(2)试验B组的半净膛率显著高于A组(P0.05);(4)试验C组扬州鹅腿肌钙含量显著高于对照组(P0.05)。说明在扬州鹅日粮中添加15%以内的玉米柠檬酸渣对鹅的生长性能、屠宰性能与肌肉品质有一定促进作用,添加15%以内玉米柠檬酸渣的玉米豆粕基础饲粮可用于饲喂扬州鹅。

Abstract: Effects of additions of the byproduct from citric acid fermentation of corn in diet on the growth performance, slaughter performance and meat quality of Yangzhou geese were studied. 160 Yangzhou geese 21 days old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates of 5 males and 5 females each. The control group was fed with cornsoybean meal, while Group A, B and C the basal feed with added 5%, 10%, and 15%of the byproduct,respectively.
