以需求为导向的企业新型学徒制物流管理专业实训基地建设探索与实践

        【摘 要】物流管理专业实训基地的建设充分考虑区域物流产业发展特点，以服务企业新型学徒制为核心，以课程发展需求为建设基础，以学生个性特点发掘需求为设计依据，以软硬件资源匹配需求为构建方向，以校企深度合作需求为实施原则，从政府、行业、企业和学校等多个层面加以落实，完成基地建设探索与实践。

        【Abstract】The construction of the training base for logistics management specialty fully considers the development characteristics of regional logistics industry，takes the New Apprenticeship System of service enterprises as the core， curriculum development needs as the foundation，students'personality characteristics as the design basis，matching needs of software and hardware resources as the construction direction，and school-enterprise cooperation needs as the implementation principle，from the government，industry，enterprises and schools，etc.All levels should be implemented to complete the exploration and practice of base construction.
