浅谈当前国有企业工会工作面临的问题与对策

        摘要： 企业工会是企业职工维权的中间组织。目前国有企业改制工作持续推进，工会的职能和内部组织结构也随之变动。笔者由当前企业工会所处的境况和存在的问题入手，提出企业重组改制阶段做好工会工作的有效对策，目的是进一步完善工会各项机制，真正发挥工会的维权职能，为企业改革、发展与稳定贡献力量。

        Abstract： Trade union of enterprise is the media by which worker safeguards legal rights. Currently， state-owned enterprises continuously advance the restructuring， and the function and internal organization of trade union is also changed. Starting from the current situation and problems in trade union in enterprise， the author puts forward the effective measures of work of trade union during the restructuring of enterprise， for improving the mechanism of trade unions， playing the role of trade union， and contributing to enterprise reform， development and stability.
