恒大山水城15号楼施工组织设计

摘要
为了对恒大山水城15号楼的施工组织进行规范，特编制施工组织设计，方便现场的施工及各项工作安排，调整人员及物资的调度。
本施工组织设计通过对恒大山水城15楼的工程概况、施工特点、人和设备安排的基础上进行编制，分别对施工的部署和施工方案进行分析，对本工程的各种资源配置及进度安排也进行了统筹安排，特别是施工进度计划的安排是施工组织设计的重重之重，分别绘制施工平面图和施工进度计划图，在前面的各项任务的基础上进行了技术经济分析。
本文基于对恒大山水城15号楼的施工组织设计的编制，对恒大山水城15号楼的实际施工具有指导意义，对施工现场的各项安排有统筹兼顾的作用，也对其它类似项目有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
InordertostandardizetheconstructionorganizationofthebuildingNo.15oftheHengdaShanshui,theconstructionorganizationdesignisspeciallycompiledtofacilitatetheconstructionandvariousworkarrangementsonsiteandadjusttheschedulingofpersonnelandmaterials.Bycompilingthegeneralsituationoftheengineering,constructioncharacteristics,andarrangementofpersonnelandequipmentofthebuildingNo.15oftheHengdaShanshui,thisconstructionorganizationdesignanalyzesthedeploymentofconstructionandconstructionschemerespectively.Besides,allkindsofresourceallocationandschedulingofthisengineeringalsohascarriedontheoverallarrangement,especiallythekeypartwhichisthearrangementoftheconstructionscheduleplan.Onthebasisofthevarioustasksinfrontofthetechnicalandeconomicanalysis,thedesignmapsconstructionplanandconstructionschedulerespectively.BasedonthecompilationoftheconstructionorganizationdesignofbuildingNo.15inHengdaShanshui,thispaperisofguidingsignificancetotheactualconstructionofit.Itplaysaroleofgivingoverallconsiderationtovariousarrangementsontheconstructionsiteandhascertainreferencevalueforothersimilarprojects.
