        Abstract Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of emergency rescue combined with small dose of epinephrine in the treatment of severe asthma. Methods： 60 cases of severe asthma patients were selected from February 2017 to May 2018， and were divided into two groups according to the principle of random distribution. The emergency rescue was carried out in the control group， and the emergency rescue combined with small dose of epinephrine was observed in the observation group. Results： The score of nasal congestion， runny nose， sneezing and itching in the observation group was lower than that of the control group. Conclusion： Emergency resuscitation combined with small dose of epinephrine treatment of severe asthma has significant clinical effects and improved symptoms， and is worthy of application.
