TheContractorshallperformtheservicesspecifiedinAnnexA,“TermsofReferenceandScopeofServices,”whichismadeanintegralpartofthisContract(“theServices”.TheContractorshallprovidethereportslistedinAnnexB,“Contractor'sReportingObligations,”withinthetimeperiodslistedinsuchAnnex,andthepersonnellistedinAnnexC,“CostEstimateofServices,ListofPersonnelandScheduleofRates”toperformtheServices.

TheContractorshallperformtheServicesduringtheperiodcommencing[合同起始日]andcontinuingthrough[合同结束日]oranyotherperiodasmaybesubsequentlyagreedbythepartiesinwriting.A.
Ceiling

TheClientshallpaytheContractorforreimbursableexpenses,whichshallconsistofandbelimitedto:(i
Normalandcustomaryexpendituresforofficialtravel,accommodation,printing,andtelephonecharges;officialtravelwillbereimbursedatthecostoflessthanfirstclasstravelandwillneedtobeauthorizedbytheClient’scoordinator;

SuchotherexpensesasapprovedinadvancebytheClient’scoordinator.
D.PaymentConditions

PaymentshallbemadeinUSDollarsnotlaterthan7daysaftertheendofeachmonthfollowingsubmissionofinvoicesinduplicatetotheCoordinatordesignatedinparagraph4.A.Coordinator
