系统架构不会完全相同的，只是IPC做了某些特殊设计保持了其与普通商用机的硬件互换性。工控机在可靠性、稳定性、耐候性、抗震性、防水防尘性、抗干扰性、可扩展性、EMC兼容性能等方面肯定要优于商用机，元器件多是选用工业级甚至部分采用军用级的，这样才能适应工业现场环境的要求，有些好的品牌机确实能在相同环境运行，或许还能稳定，但不能保证长时间稳定工作，很多工控机是工作在无人区，是不允许有任何错误的，稳定高于性能。既所使用的环境有区别的。

The system structures will not be identical, and only the IPC is specially designed to maintain its interchangeability with ordinary business PC. The industrial PC is certainly superior to business PC in respect of reliability, stability, weather resistance, shock resistance, waterproof and dustproof, anti-interference, scalability and EMC compatibility. The components and parts are of industrial grade or even military grade in order to adapt to industrial environment. Some brand name PCs will operate in equivalent environment or may be stable, but not in stable operation for a long time. Many industrial PCs operate in no-human zone where any error is not allowed so its stability is superior to performance. Therefore, they are used in different environment.
