厦门恒禾七尚项目高层住宅结构体系设计研究

[摘要]厦门恒禾七尚住宅项目包含7栋28层高层住宅和24栋多层住宅；本项目于2011年荣获世界经理人杂志评选的亚洲十大超级豪宅第6名。本文重点对项目中的高层住宅结构体系设计进行探究。项目中的高层住宅均为28层，高度约100m，底层框支层结构层高均为7.8m；均带2层地下室。结构体系有2种，包括带剪力墙的框架-核心筒体系及框架-核心筒体系。为配合首层大堂及架空区域的空间要求，L2层设转换梁，将上部结构的部分剪力墙及柱转换为底层的巨型柱；框支框架为12~13m单跨布置。结合抗震规范及高规的要求，作为在地震区结构体系不规则超限高层项目，在结构布置、材料与构件选型、性能化设计，防倒塌分析、弹塑性动力时程分析等方面均体现许多特点与要求。

This paper mainly to the project of the high-rise residential structure system design inquiry. The high-rise residential project are 28 layer, height of about 100 m, the bottom layer structure layer with box which is 7.8 m; All takes two layers in the basement. There are two kinds of structure system, including with shear wall frame-the core tube system and framework-the core tube system. To cope with the first floor hall and overhead area space requirements, L2 layer transfer beam set, will be part of the upper structure of shear wall columns and the bottom of the giant column convert; Box for 12 to 13 a framework m single span arrangement. Combined with seismic code and the requirement of high rules, as in earthquake zones structure system irregular overrun senior project, the structural layout, material and component selection, performance-based design, collapse preventing analysis, the dynamic elastic-plastic time history analysis are embodied many characteristics and requirements.
