Good morning distinguished faculty and families of my fellow graduates:
It’s my honor to be standing up here today.
I know that we all think we're immortal,
We're supposed to feel that way,we're graduating.
But like our brief four years in high school,
What makes life valuable is that it doesn't last forever,
What makes it precious is that it ends.
I know that now more than ever.
And I say it today of all days to remind us that time is luck.
So don't waste it living someone else’s life, make yours count for something.
Fight for what matters to you,no matter what.
Because even if you fall short,what better way is there to live?

It's easy to feel hopeful on a beautiful day like today.
But there will be dark days ahead of us too.
There will be days where you feel all alone.
And that's when hope is needed most.
No matter how buried it gets or how lost you feel, you must promise me that you will hold on to hope.
Keep it alive.
We have to be greater than what we suffer.
My wish for you is to become hope.
People need that, and even if we fail what better way is there to live?
As we look around here today, at all of the people who helped make us who we are.
I know if feels like we're saying goodbye.
But we will carry a piece of each other, into everything that we do next.
To remind us of who we are, and of who we're meant to be.
I've had a great four years with you.
I'll miss you all very much.

尊敬的老师及毕业生家长们：早上好！很荣幸今天能站在这里。我们总以为青春是永驻的，我们会这样想也是理所当然。然而今天我们毕业了，但如同这四年短暂的高中时光，生命的价值恰恰在于它并非永垂不朽。生命因其有限而可贵。现在的我比以前更能体会到这一点。我之所以要在今天说这些，是想提醒大家，生既幸福。不要浪费生命照别人的想法活，要活出你自己的意义。为你珍视的事物奋斗，心无旁骛，即便最后未能如愿，至少我们也曾精彩的活过。今天这样晴朗的日子很容易产生希望，但人生的道路上也会有阴郁的日子，有让你觉得孤独的日子，这种时候才更要怀揣希望，不管有多遥不可及，不管有多痛苦失落，请向我保证你都不会放弃希望，让希望永存，我们要从痛苦中收获坚强，我对你的希望是，成为他人的希望，人们需要希望，即使最终不能如愿，至少我们也精彩的活过，今天我们环视四周，所有我们帮助过的人造就了今日的我们，今天我们似乎就此分别，但我们未来做的每一件事里，都会有彼此的影子，提醒自己我是谁，我想成为谁，我与诸位共度了美好的四年，我会想念你们所有人。
