中国人学了十多年英语，绝大多数人还是又聋又哑，根本无法用英语自如交流！这是可以理解和原谅的，因为我们没有说英语的要求、说英语的环境，我们只是需要通过考试就可以了！中国人学了十多年英语，竟然没有全面掌握音标。这是可悲的！这是不可以原谅的！       中国的英语书主要是用"旧版本"的国际音标注音，而且基本都是英国英语。而中国人广泛使用的牛津字典、朗文字典等的注音又有很多不同，在英语学习者中造成很大混乱！       我采访了许多在中国教英语的外国老师，它们他们中大多数人竟然没有学习过音标！难怪中国人的音标几乎都不过关了！
