北京中医药大学东方医院2013－2016年中药饮片使用情况分析
目的提高中药饮片的精细化管理水平，促进临床合理使用，并为临床中药学工作开展提供参考依据。方法利用北京中医药大学东方医院（以下简称“本院”）药房信息管理系统，对2013-2016年中药饮片的临床用量情况进行统计分析。结果中药饮片年处方数量、年销售额均逐年增加;每年度临床用量排序前20位的中药饮片有13种重合;临床用量排序前20位的中药饮片依次是补益药、清热药、活血药、利水药。结论本院中药饮片的临床使用基本合理;中药饮片药房实施精细化管理有助于推动临床中药学工作开展。

Abstract： ObjectiveTo improve the refinedpharmacy management of TCM decoction pieces; To promote the rational clinical useof TCM decoction pieces;To provide references for the development of clinical TCM pharmacy. MethodsPharmacy information management system of Dongfang Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine （hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”）was used to analyzethe clinical dosage of TCM decoction pieces from 2013 to 2016.Results The prescription number and annual sales of TCM decoction pieces increased year by year; for each year， 13 out of the top 20TCM decoction pieces showed overlap;the top 20 TCM decoction pieces in ranking weretonifying medicine， clearing-heat medicine， activating-blood-circulation medicine， and diuretic medicine. Conclusion The clinical use of TCM decoction pieces in our hospital is basically reasonable. Refined pharmacy management of pharmacyof TCM decoction piecescan promote the development of clinical TCMpharmacy.

所有数据均来源于本院计算机网络管理系统（HIS）。统计2013-2016年本院
