教材分析

本课是第六单元的主阅读篇章,通过阅读一篇介绍上海景点的文章,了解介绍景点的方式和句型,同时初步接触If 引导的条件状语从句这一语法项目。

学情分析

学生对本单元的主题travelling比较感兴趣,好多好玩的景点也是学生耳熟能详的;利用课外学习软件对于单词短语进行前置性的学习,重点突破学生未能掌握的单词情况。学生掌握了基本的阅读技巧,学完文章中对上海景点介绍的结构和句型后,立即让学生对比联想

广州相似的景点,通过思维导图的形式对文章进行归纳和对广州相似景点进行对比口述。为课后对于广州做一份全面的旅游指南做铺垫。

教学目标

通过学完这些内容之后,让学生达到以下三个目标:

1). 知识目标

①掌握单词和表达:guide ,areatraditional,modern ,sightseeing ,centre,fountain, building,just, across,light,direction,natural,beauty ,bridge,pond,snack ,outside, travel, guide ,place of interest ,in the centre oflight up

②学生能以正确的语音语调朗读新单词、词组和课文;并能理解每个景点的特点及介绍景点的方式和句型。

2). 能力目标

①根据主阅读篇章的标题、副标题和插图获得关键信息,学会略读技巧掌握文章的主旨大意,学会寻读技巧掌握准确填写所需信息的技能。

②培养学生复述课文,并进行相关话题讨论(与写作)的能力。

3). 情感、文化目标

开阔孩子们的视野,让孩子们热爱旅游。

1 Ask Ss: Do you like travelling?

Show the result of homework last night. And review the new words

2 Share with us, show one of the pictures about your trip and guide students to describe it.

3 Have a quiz about different places in the world, and introduce the topic of this passage

1. Talk about your trip, help students to review how to describe a place

2. Read the new words together with the help of pictures

3. Finish the quiz about different places to find out the topic of this passage

通过热身问题,引起学生的兴趣并教授生词,扫除阅读的障碍,引出文章主题,激活学生背景知识。

Lead Ss to look at the photos and the sub-headings and answer the question: where can you find this passage, introduce the writing type to Ss. Show some basic questions to students to answer

3 Ask Ss to find some useful sentences to describe a place and check how well they can remember it.

细节阅读,回答问题,并填写所需细节信息。学生能把握文章细节。在熟悉和把握文章细节内容和提炼文章结构句型的基础上,让学生仿写每段。既起到了让学生复述的作用,又能让学生用所学到的结构和句型介绍景点,学以致用的效果。

Post-reading

1. Introduce some similar places in Guangzhou to Ss and get preparation for the next task

2. Guide Ss to finish the spider map by themselves. Each group should finish two spider maps. One is for the passage we learn today, one is for visiting Guangzhou. Students should use as many sentences as they can in this passage.

3. Group presentation. Group leader uses their spider maps to introduce two places to us.

Work in pairs, remember the content of the passages and then retell it. The team should be in charge of two places.

通过堂上书写思维导图,加强对文章的掌握度和整合,并且锻炼学生的迁移运用能力,通过对比相类似的内容,进行口头表述,并在情景中提高学生的口头表达能力.
