近十几年来，netem(national entrance test of english for ma/ms)全国硕士研究生入学统一考试英语(一)(二)试卷中作文命题的形式比较稳定，其中短文写作命题形式主要是图画作文和图表作文。英语(一)写作备考过程中，考生应以图画作文作为重点，兼顾图表作文；英语(二)写作备考过程中，考生应更重视图表作文，兼顾图画作文。 题目概述

● 命题形式

1997年以来，netem作文短文部分连续17年考查图表作文或图画作文。作文题目通过图画或图表限定作文主题，通过简要英文提纲规定段落框架。图表或图画作文形式，不仅审题难度高，且对考生行文能力的考查更加全面。图画或图表作文通过“描述图片或图表”考查考生对说明性段落的描述能力，又通过“阐明寓意、发表评论”考查考生对议论性段落的论述能力。

● 实际评卷中的要求

在实际评卷过程中，评分者按照以上六条细则，从两大方面衡量作文质量和得分档次：1.切题程度。短文写作中，题目中图画或图表内容会限定全文议题，提纲会指明各段功能。文章主题必须吻合图片寓意，段落布局结构符合提纲要求，这是切题作文的典型特征，这样文章才有迈向高分的可能。2.语言质量。语言表达质量是作文的生命线。行文时考生应尽力做到语言表达“清晰无误、亮点突出”。作文中语言应做到(1)无严重语病；(2)采用正式规范的英语表达；(3)起承转合恰当合理，言辞流畅；(4)句式及用词富于变化。在保证句子正确、流畅的基础上，我们须在句中点缀适当亮点，使用词与句式富于变化，这能体现出考生的词汇及句式修养。

第二节 短文写作行文技巧

审题拓展

● 审题

所谓“审题”，就是根据题目提供的条件和要求，确定文章主题、段落形式和写作手法。这一过程直接关系到作文是否“切题”。审题时考生必须确定以下信息：1.图片或图表内容是什么，图片或图表是围绕什么话题展开的；2.图片或图表基调是什么，图片或图表所展示的是需要批判的现象、值得褒奖的现象、还是某种深刻的哲理；3.三个提纲的具体要求是什么，明确段落形式和写作手法。考生在审题环节自己解答以上三个问题后，就确定了文章的主题内容和框架结构。

● 拓展

经过审题环节，确定文章主题及段落框架后，就开始拓展段落的具体内容。在拓展过程中包括“内容拓展”和“结构拓展”：

内容拓展：围绕各段主题句，用简要的文字迅速列出各段简要内容。列出简要内容时，先不必深入思考如何组织内容。“只管拓展，切勿批判。”这样做有两个好处：一方面，通过“头脑风暴”可以获取大量论据，以供行文时甄选；另一方面，简单记录这些信息，可以防止行文中突发性遗忘——避免“话到嘴边却忘了要说什么”这种舌尖现象。

结构拓展：选择合适的段落模型，将上一步骤中拓展出的内容合理编排。在这个过程中，须综合考虑各个段落脉络、起承转合和句型分布等重要信息。

经过拓展环节后，考生应基本明确文章的写作目标和写作脉络，也在素材上做了充分的准备。

遣词造句

以下的句子属于功能性句式，在考研作文中可以直接使用，也可以作为句子范本，经过仿写、改写、组合后灵活使用。这些句子用词准确，句式富于变化，且逻辑严密，应作为考研写作素材来背诵。以下句式中①用来表明某种大众观点，而②～用来指明大众观点的不足之处，～用来分析某种事物的利与弊，～用来分析原因，～用来描述图表变化的趋势，～用来举例或罗列事实，～用来发表观点或结论，～ 用来提出对策或建议。
