新常态下的图书馆参考咨询到知识咨询服务能力探析

【摘要】目前,新常态一词被广泛地引入各个专业领域研究,图书馆参考咨询服务也不例外.文章结合新常态内涵,在分析图书馆参考咨询服务发展历程的基础上,指出图书馆参考咨询服务之变趋向稳定,知识咨询正在成为一种参考咨询服务的新常态,以期提升图书馆参考咨询服务绩效.%The term of new normal has been widely used in the study of various professional fields, and the reference service of library has no exception. Based on the connotation of new normal and the analysis of the development of library's reference service, the paper pointed out that the trend of library's reference service was stable and knowledge consultation was becoming a new norm of reference service to improve its performance.
