Askingothers’adviceinsteadofgettingeverythingdoneonone’sownpromotesdemocracyandcommunicationtoo.Intermsofdemocracy,itisnecessarytogiveothersrightsandchancestospeaksincetheproblemmayconcernthemindifferentways,andtheirsayinginturnreflectsourrespecttowardfreedomofspeechaswellastheirwisdom.Intermsofcommunication,ideaexchangesometimesfocusesmorethansolutions,andherebybettermutual
understandingaboutperspectives,principles,praticalitiesandpersonalitiesofeachother.
