摘 要:文章运用SPSS19.0分析软件对问卷统计结果进行因子分析,以求得影响校企合作模式的主要因素。模型评价结果表明,影响最显著的因子是学生管理问题、学校主动性、学校教学及合作机制;影响较小的是企业利益和企业积极性;此外,政策引导和交流平台等因素也与校企合作物流人才培养模式密切相关。最后,提出了创新校企合作物流人才培养模式的对策。

Abstract: Using SPSS19.0 analysis software, it statistically analyzes to survey data for getting influencing factors of university-enterprise cooperation. Then the model evaluation shows that the most significant factors are the student management, school initiative, the cooperation mechanism and school teaching problems. Less affected factors are the business interests and the enthusiasm of enterprises. In addition, factors such as the policy guidance and the communication platform are also closely related with university-enterprise cooperation to logistics personnel training mode. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to university-enterprise cooperation in the innovating logistics personnel training mode.
