第44卷第4期 2018年8月东华大学学报（自然科学版）JOURNAL OF DONGHUA UNIVERSITY(NATURAL SCIENCE)V o l.44，N o.4A u g.2018文章编号！1671-0444(2018)04-0670-05基于PLC的空调压缩机壳体检测设备的控制系统设计江浩，徐滕岗(上海工程技术大学机械工程学院，上海201620)摘要：在实际生产活动中，人工检测空调压缩机壳体不仅效率低下而且精度过低。设计并实现了 一种基于PLC(programmable logic controller)控制系统的空调压缩机壳体检测设备。该检测设备 的控制系统选用三菱Q系列P L C控制器，通过G X-W O RKS软件以梯形图的编程方法在PC (personal computer)机上进行控制系统的程序的编写，并使用Pro-face公司生产的GP- 4402型真 彩LCD(liquid crystal display)触摸屏进行系统参数设置以及运行监控。检测设备利用该控制系统 实现了空调压缩机壳体的自动检测功能，不仅提高了检测效率，而且检测精度也得到了大幅提升。关键词：检测技术&可编程逻辑控制器&触摸屏&控制系统中图分类号：TB 921 文献标志码：AThe Control System Design for Air Conditioning CompressorHousing Detection Equipment Based on PLCJ I A N G H a o,XUTenggang(College of Mechanical Engineering，Shanghai University of Engineering Science，Shanghai 201620，China)A bstra c t：In actual production，artificial detection of air conditioning compressor housing low efficiency but in low accuracy as well. A new type of air conditioning equipment was designed and implemented based on PLC(programmable logic controller) control system. The PLC from Mitsubishi Q series was adopted in the control system of detection equipment. The control system ?s program was written by ladder diagram programming with the GX-WORKS software in PC (personal computer)，and the system parameter setting and operation monitoring were conducted by the real color LCD (liquid crystal display) touch screen of type GP-4402 from Pro-face.
