流动人口艾滋病防治干预模式的方法和效果分析

【摘要】Objective:To explore the method and effect of intervention model of prevention and treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome in the floating population.Methods:we carried out the intervention model of prevention and treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome in the floating population,through publicity and education form,the relevant government departments as the main body,medical institutions as the basis.Results:Through the establishment of intervention model of prevention and treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome in the floating population,the mobile population awareness of self protection was enhanced from 37.5% to 75.0%;the floating population on AIDS cognition rate was effectively improved from 45.0% to 85.0% ; the floating population of AIDS consultation rates were significantly improved from 7.5% to 25.0% .The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention model of prevention and treatment of acquired immune deficiency syndrome in the floating population is effective and feasible,and it has obtained the ideal effect.It is worth popularizing.%目的：对流动人口艾滋病防治干预模式的方法和效果进行探讨分析。方法：建立以政府相关部门作为主体，医疗机构作为依托，通过宣传教育的形式，开展流动人口艾滋病防治干预模式。结果：通过建立流动人口艾滋病防治干预模式，流动人口的自我保护意识由37.5%增强到75.0%，流动人口对艾滋病的认知率由45.0%提高到85.0%，流动人口对艾滋病的咨询率由7.5%提升到25.0%。差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：流动人口艾滋病防治干预模式的方法有效可行，取得了理想的效果，值得推广。
